Description
Intergrain Enviropro Endure High Build is a high performance, environmentally responsible, water based polyurethane for timber and parquetry floors. The unique formulation of Endure High Build delivers high film build and allows the applicator to use a 2 coat system on most hardwood timbers. Endure High Build has the added features of being low odour, quick drying and non-yellowing.
Where to use
Timber and parquetry floors.
Gloss Level
Gloss and Satin.
Preparation
All surfaces must be clean, dry, free of wax, grease, dust and other contaminants. The presence of contaminants increases the possibility of rejection and delamination. All nail holes and cracks should be filled with Intergrain Woodblend putty. Fine sand the floor, finishing with 100 grit sandpaper, then with 150 mesh screenback and vacuum thoroughly with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner.
Mixing
Shake Endure High Build for 1 minute or until any settled matting agent is reincorporated. Strain product.
Application
If using a 2 coat system on hardwoods, apply at a rate of up to 8m²/Lwith a 12mm Rolana roller. Endure High Build is self-priming and therefore a high performance can be achieved without a sealer on most hardwood timbers. However, a 3 coat system is recommended on more porous timbers at a rate of 8-10m²/L . Finishing strokes should be in the direction of the timber grain.
To remove grain raise or foreign material, all previous coats should be lightly abraded with a 180 grit or finer abrasive. Endure High Build should be suitable for light abrasion after 4 hours. Any abrading dust and debris should be thoroughly removed.
Note: To enhance the colour of timber, Timberseal is recommended as part of a 3 coat system.

*Coverage rates are subject to variation between different timber species. To ensure adequate timber protection, this coverage should not be exceeded.
^ These dry times are based on drying conditions of 25°C and 50% relative humidity. Dry times will be subject to climatic conditions, film thickness and airflow. Use below 10°C is not advised. If using above 30°C, use of Enviropro Wet Edge Extender is recommended. It is not advised to apply coatings when the temperature exceeds 35°C as they may dry too quickly under the roller, resulting in a substandard finish. The drying time will vary greatly when the temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C, or if the relative humidity is higher than 50%.
